Jacqueline Kalina (CPA, MBA) is the Senior Director of Franchising and Operations Analytics for Tim Hortons Canada. Her career with Tim Hortons has spanned 10 years, with roles in supply chain, finance, digital, marketing, and operations, and she is an active mentor to many within the organization. Jacqueline began her professional career as an auditor at EY in Toronto before leaving to obtain her MBA at the Ivey Business School in London, ON whereupon she joined Tims. She currently resides in Oakville, ON with her husband and two children and enjoys singing in her free time.
