Maureen Catania, CFE, is Director of National Sales and Brand Ambassador for ServiceMaster Restore and ServiceMaster Clean of Canada, where she works closely with franchise owners across the country to support business growth, sales development, and operational excellence.

Maureen began her career in franchising as a franchise owner, gaining firsthand experience in the realities of building and operating a small business. After selling her franchise, she went on to lead a Business Resource Centre for the YMCA, where she worked closely with entrepreneurs starting and growing their ventures. During this time, she studied learning and development at Seneca College, focusing on adult education and instructional design—an experience that shaped her passion for helping entrepreneurs grow through practical training, mentorship, and shared knowledge.

Today, Maureen brings that unique blend of operational experience and learning design to her work supporting franchise networks. She focuses on equipping franchise owners with practical tools, sales strategies, and peer learning opportunities that help them scale their businesses while strengthening the brand.

Maureen recently earned the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation through the Canadian Franchise Association
