Jose (Pepe) Fernandez is Secretary-General of the Ibero-American Franchise Federation (FIAF), a supranational organization that brings together 13 national franchise associations across the Americas and promotes ethical franchising and sector development across the region. He serves on the World Franchise Council Task Force representing FIAF. With more than 25 years of experience in franchising across over 15 countries, he is a franchising expert, franchisor, speaker, guest lecturer, and contributor on franchising topics. He is also Founder of the Guatemalan Franchise Association and a member of the Costa Rican and Colombian Franchise Associations.
