After 30+ years in the CPG (Consumer-packaged goods) industry, I chose to take on a new challenge and joined the team at Topper’s Pizza as a Franchise Sales Manager. In this role, I focus on building meaningful relationships and supporting prospective franchisees as they move through the journey to business ownership.
I developed a strong passion for connecting with people and helping those relationships evolve into long-term partnerships that benefit both the individual and the brand. Seeing their dreams fulfilled is so rewarding.
Learning is life long and I stayed curious and committed to continuous growth. I set a goal to complete my CFE through the Canadian Franchise Association. On target to complete my CFE before the end of the year. Thanks to the support of my immediate director and Topper’s, I have embraced the experience and have gained valuable insights – not only from the program, but from the incredible network within the CFA!
