• Training and Support Systems: How to create comprehensive training programs and provide ongoing franchisee support to ensure successful franchisee performance.

• Financial Management for Growth: Managing finances, understanding unit economics, and planning for sustainable growth, including forecasting, capital needs, and managing franchisee profitability.
