Carly Cohen is the Chief Legal Officer for KFC Canada, part of the Yum! Brands, Inc. family of brands and the world’s largest restaurant company. As a member of the Canadian leadership team, Carly oversees all aspects of KFC Canada’s legal strategy and leads the legal department. This includes franchise management and development, food delivery and brand partnerships, technology rollout, employment matters, risk management, compliance and governance. Carly also oversees KFC Canada’s sustainability strategy. Prior to joining KFC Canada, Carly was a partner at Cassels practicing corporate commercial and franchise litigation.
