Cam Bawol, CPA, CA, leads Calgary’s Cloud Accounting Services where he advises clients on utilizing software and technology that automates the bookkeeping and financial/management reporting functions allowing small to medium size businesses to access exactly the levels of support they need from data entry to executive level advisory on a cost-effective basis.
Prior to this role Cam was a Vice President of MNP Corporate Finance Inc., in MNP’s Calgary office where he advised on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing options.
Cam has more than 15 years experience in corporate finance, corporate governance, management and financial reporting roles and has held several executive roles in both private and public companies. He has experience in several industries including: Business Services, Oil & Gas and Energy Services, Oil and Gas Exploration and Production, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Financial Services.
Cam is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta (CPA, CA).
