Colleen is the Vice President of Consulting at the Self Management Group. Colleen has over 25 years of experience in organizational behavioral research and consultancy in a variety of industries. Colleen completed her doctorate in psychology at York University in Toronto, Canada in 2001 and her dissertation research focused on employee coping with organizational change.
Colleen specializes in helping clients select and develop high potential people using SMG’s POP assessments and TalentNest hiring solution. Her core expertise is leveraging predictive analytics from assessment data to improve selection quality, maximize retention and drive performance. She has extensive experience working with franchise organizations, helping them identify top-performing franchisees and optimize their selection process to ensure long-term success.
