Sherry McNeil, CFE is the president and CEO of the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA). A veteran of the franchise industry, she has amassed more than 25 years of experience working with franchisors and franchisees in both consultant and leadership positions. She was named a top international Franchise Educator (2020) and Inspirer (2020), was recognized with the Social Geek Thought Leader Award (2026), and was named Number 9 of the Top 100 Influencers by Franchise Voice (2026). She serves as Vice-Secretariat for Communications on the executive leadership of the World Franchise Council, on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, and the Board of Directors for Diversified Royalty Corp.
