Based in Riverside’s New York office, Will Davis is a senior member of the firm’s Origination team. Prior to joining Riverside in 2021, Will served as head of corporate development for a leading fintech, Promontory Interfinancial Network (now IntraFi Network). Previously, he served as an independent sponsor and worked as an investment professional at Allied Capital and Peachtree Equity Partners where he executed both equity and debt transactions across a wide variety of industries. Will began his career in the investment banking department of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
