Samantha has served as the Head of Franchise Recruitment for Laser Clinics Canada since April 2024. She has overseen the brand's growth strategy, legal overview, and construction project management. Prior to that, Ms. Clermont began her career in the retail sector before moving to the restaurant industry with Freshii Canada in 2019. Samantha served as the Franchise Development Manager for Freshii since 2021, and later became the Director of Franchising, leading the franchising recruitment process for Freshii North America and Pita Pit Canada.
