As Legal Counsel at Clear Summit Group, Diana oversees all legal matters across the company’s portfolio of franchise brands. Her role spans the full franchising lifecycle—including compliance with applicable laws, trademark portfolio management, franchisee onboarding and exits, the drafting and disclosure of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs), and the preparation of agreements for sales, transfers, and terminations.

Called to the Ontario Bar in 2017, Diana brings over four years of franchise law experience, supported by five years in civil litigation with a focus on family law. Her broad legal foundation and strategic oversight enable franchisors to scale confidently while staying aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
