She brings over a decade of industry experience, including her time as a Franchising Manager with Recipe Unlimited, where she supported franchise growth across a variety of Canada’s most iconic restaurant brands. Before moving into franchising, Allison built a strong foundation in restaurant operations as a manager with Milestones. Passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve business ownership, she is an active member of the Canadian Franchise Association community and a frequent speaker on franchise recruitment best practices, diversity and inclusion, and building stronger franchise systems.
