Mark Szpak is Vice President of Field Operations at Tutor Doctor with more than 14 years of experience supporting franchisees across all stages of the franchise lifecycle. During his tenure, Mark has held leadership roles spanning franchise training, field support, launch support, international operations, and franchise development.

Mark has worked with hundreds of franchisees across multiple countries, helping owners navigate growth, profitability, operational challenges, performance management, and succession. His leadership experience has included overseeing business coaching, compliance, franchisee escalations, and other operational functions supporting a global network of approximately 350 franchise locations.

Having worked directly with franchisees both in-market and remotely, Mark brings a practical perspective on identifying performance challenges early, determining the right level of intervention, and balancing support for an individual franchisee with the long-term health and consistency of the broader franchise system.

Prior to Tutor Doctor, Mark worked in adult education and corporate training across the telecommunications, supply chain, and healthcare sectors.
