Nicole is an associate practicing in the areas of corporate and commercial law. She advises on general corporate and commercial matters including share and asset purchases, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate and commercial law advice. Nicole also maintains an active franchise law practice. She completed her articles with the firm in 2023/2024. Nicole is a Chartered Professional Accountant in good standing.
During law school, Nicole volunteered at the Immigration Services Association of Nova Scotia through the Schulich Pro Bono Clinic at Dalhousie University. She was also the recipient of the Schulich Scholarship in Law for her academic excellence and community involvement. Prior to law school, Nicole practiced as a Chartered Professional Accountant for a multinational professional services firm.
