Prior to joining Comfort Keepers, Stacey spent the early part of her career in Banking and Technology Solutions. After experiencing for herself the challenges involved in caring for a senior loved one, in 2012, Stacey purchased a Comfort Keepers franchise and was honored to serve seniors and their families for several years. In 2014 she joined the Canadian CK corporate office in a management role and in 2018 was promoted to the Director of Franchise Quality Assurance & Compliance.
Her role entails many functions such as supporting franchisees throughout their tenure with Comfort Keepers, beginning with new owner training, ongoing support, and site visits. She also ensures that franchisees are compliant with all required submissions, and is responsible for the Comfort Keepers Accreditation program, where she has successfully shepherded franchisees through 4 successful accreditation surveys for Primer and Qmentum Accreditation cycles with Accreditation Canada.
Stacey has a Bachelor of Business Administration (Brock University) and a Master of Business Administration (Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University). She has served as a Board member for several community and charitable organizations and is an active volunteer with the Provincial Women’s Softball Associations for the past 15 years. She loves spending time with her family, reading, and crocheting.
