Description

This course offers an in-depth discussion on the franchise business model, its history, evolution, and key fundamental aspects. The concept of licensing a brand or business plan to independent operators in distant markets to expand a brand’s reach predates well-known franchises like McDonald’s or Albert Singer’s Sewing Machine Company (which never actually franchised!). The core principles that have made franchising an effective growth method have remained consistent since its inception. By focusing on these fundamentals, participants can learn how to build and sustain a successful franchise system. The course will explore the initial development of the franchise model, its evolution, and the fundamental elements crucial for building a consistent, sustainable, and replicable brand today.

This is a two part webinar. The webinar will take part on both days.
