Courtney Hindorff is the Vice President of Franchising & International Development with Recipe Unlimited (formerly Cara Operations), Canada's largest Full Service Restaurant Company and has spent the last 13 years in various roles within the organization (although primarily within the Development team). His background and experience has spanned many different versions of Recipe and given him exposure to franchising from coast to coast, across a wide range of segments (from food court, to QSR, FSR and Premium Casual). Most recently he has been put in charge of Recipe's International Development strategy which will see many Recipe brands expand across the globe.
