Generation Z, or Gen-Z for short, are the next cohort after Millennials, born in the mid-to-late 1990s up to the early 2010s. As the older portion of Gen-Z members begin entering the work force, they may consider franchising as a viable career opportunity. This roundtable discussion will look to answer these questions: Why would Gen-Z make good franchisees? How is Gen-Z changing the franchise workplace? How much franchise buying power do Gen-Z members have? How are Gen-Z franchisees different from Millennials?
