Tom de Larzac is the Head of HSBC’s Canadian Franchise Banking group, dedicated to implementing and managing the National Franchise proposition. In his role he is responsible for industry and brand information, bespoke franchise financing programs and the review of all active transactions throughout the country. Prior to joining HSBC, Tom spent 13 years working in a variety Sales, Policy and Credit roles, all within the Canadian Franchise Finance industry.
