After 10 years in SME business consulting, Conny co-founded POWERPODS® in 2017 with a mission to supercharge the potential of every franchisee by reaching the peak in their performance, productivity, and profits. Knowing that the system has the operational success formula, Conny and her team unlock franchisee potential by embedding success habits for dependable, scalable growth of every unit.

POWERPODS® is a unique business coaching platform specialized in neuroscientific methods for high-performance franchise systems. The methodology is a unique approach to goal achievement formerly only accessible to large corporates. To date, POWERPODS® has 10,000 accumulative coaching hours among their team of senior accredited ‘neuro-ninja’ business coaches. Each coach is specialized in core business competencies and certified to the highest standard to fire up the brain power of franchisees for happier, healthier, wealthier goals. Before launching this venture, Conny was an international sales and marketing executive in the tech industry for three countries with revenue responsibilities of $100m. Like all her coaches, Conny is trained in brain-based coaching by the Neuro Leadership Institute of New York.

She is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by ICF and is a popular speaker at franchise conventions. To keep up with latest trends, Conny is part of the coaching community at the University of British Columbia (UBC).
