Amy Delisle is the Managing Partner at Keyser Mason Ball, LLP, and leads the firm’s Franchising, Retail & Distribution Group.
She regularly advises a range of corporate clients, including local start-ups, family owned businesses and national corporations on all aspects of business law, with an emphasis on franchise systems for both franchisees and franchisors.
Amy’s corporate/commercial practice involves mergers and acquisitions, the preparation, negotiation and review of commercial contracts, and shareholder and partnership advice. She also advises businesses with an online presence on website terms and conditions and privacy issues.
In the area of franchising, Amy has extensive experience in developing and implementing strategies that support the business and financial objectives of franchisors and franchisees. She brings expertise to assisting clients in all aspects of their business, including: franchise structuring and development; review, negotiation and compliance with disclosure requirements; drafting franchise agreements; advising foreign franchisors on operating in Ontario; implementing business structures; and negotiating and documenting the purchase and sale of franchised businesses.

She sits on the Ontario Bar Association’s Franchise Law Executive Committee and is a member of the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) and also sits on its Franchise Support Services/Supplier and Onboarding Committees.
