His background as a franchise consultant, franchisor, franchisee and area developer have given him unique insight into the challenges facing all parties involved and the knowledge necessary to pioneer solutions.

Rob entered the space as head of a tech start-up’s franchise division operating in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Italy and the Caribbean. He excelled in this role working with several U.S. Franchise systems and honed key skills necessary to launch FranTech Media, a consulting and development firm dedicated to helping franchisors expand into U.S. and Canadian markets. He is the creator of BeTheBoss.ca—Canada’s largest and most respected franchise directory—and owned/operated FranchiseExpo.co.uk. Rob was also the first to offer SEO, social media marketing and reputation management services to franchisors.

After the successful sale of his company, Rob served as Vice President of MFV Expositions, leading the company’s domestic and international online divisions. Today, he is thrilled to share his knowledge as Executive Vice President at Franserve to help others succeed.
