Roger has over 30 years of experience in the franchise and fractional franchise environment across Canada and the US. Having extensive knowledge in the hospitality and retail markets, he has supported growth initiatives with individuals becoming entrepreneurs to major corporations looking to gain exposure with national brands to drive revenue and profitability. He is a graduate of Vanier College and Herzing Institutes. For the past 15 years, Roger has held senior level executive roles with companies such as Starbucks Coffee and Little Caesars of Canada. Roger’s role with Equicapita is to oversee the growth of the Royalty/Franchise division, ensuring that the company goals are being achieved.
