Mr. Peter Mammas, President and CEO at Foodtastic is a seasoned entrepreneur and restaurateur leading one of North America’s largest franchising businesses. At only 12 years old, he began working at his father’s restaurant, learning the intricacies of the restaurant business. In 1990, along with his partners (including Mrs. Celine Dion) he created the Nickel’s concept. The concept went on to open over 30 restaurants. In 2003, he purchased Baton Rouge, which at the time had only 4 locations. He grew it very rapidly to over 25 locations and 75 million in sales. He then proceeded to sell it to Imvescor in 2007.

By 2012, with his experienced partners created La Belle et La Boeuf which led to the conceptualization of what is now Foodtastic (est. 2016). Mammas is extremely passionate and well versed in the market. He is nationally recognized by industry leaders and media for the trusting and collaborative relationships he builds with his teams including franchisees and clients. Mammas has embarked on a major acquisition program and in the last 36 months, grew Foodtastic from 250 million to over 1.1 billion in system sales.

Today, with over 1100 restaurants, Mammas strategically develops brands and concepts all while providing industry best customer experiences across all the restaurant brands, he oversees.
