Susan is a Partner at Witten LLP in Edmonton. She is a solicitor with an emphasis in franchise law and commercial leasing. Susan has many years of experience assisting clients with commercial leasing and franchise matters. She advises large landlords and national tenants on all aspects of commercial leasing. Susan has experience advising both large and small franchisors as well as franchisees.
Susan is a member of the Canadian Franchise Association, the American Bar Association - Forum on Franchising, the Canadian Bar Association Business Law and Commercial Property and Leasing subsections, and she is the past chair of the CBA Business Law North subsection.
