After 22 years working in the healthcare industry, Erin combined her entrepreneurial drive, passion and empathetic leadership to build UROSPOT; a leading- edge company disrupting the way bladder leaks, urge issues, prolapse and sexual dysfunction are treated.

With four kids, a husband she is crazy about, and a jam packed career, her challenges with bladder leaks and urgency were negatively impacting her freedom and confidence. She knew she wasn’t alone in facing these challenges.

Simply put, Erin started UROSPOT to bring a modern approach to people who deserve a better quality of life. She shares her story and struggle to inspire others to have the courage to seek help and get results.
