Anthony has a long history with BeaverTails going back several decades. He started with the company back in 1988 when Anthony, along with his twin brother (Pino) and Pino’s wife (Tina) co-owned the Montreal BeaverTails® franchises. Anthony was instrumental in the growth & financing of the Montreal franchise operations. As a Franchisee, he implemented a sophisticated computerized cash register system as well as in-house computerized accounting, inventory & management information system for his franchised Montreal BeaverTails stores. The team acquired the rights to BeaverTails in Quebec back in 1998 and eventually purchased majority shares of the head office in 2009. In 2010, Anthony was appointed Treasurer and CFO of BeaverTails Canada Inc, titles which he retains until today. Very much a family business, the chain has steadily expanded in terms of store count and revenues, and today is considered an iconic Canadian pastry brand. Anthony lives in Montreal with his wife, Antonella. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, audio gear and spending time with his many nieces and nephews.
