Marissa Carnevale is a franchise law practitioner with over 10 years’ experience in the industry. Her particular focus is on inter-jurisdictional franchising, including assisting brands from outside Quebec enter the local market, and supporting local franchises expand outside Quebec and Canada.
She also has significant experience and expertise in fields related to franchising, such as licensing, supply and distribution, technology, e-commerce, privacy, social media, marketing and advertising, product labelling, consumer protection, French language matters, and other regulatory areas.
Marissa has been featured several times as a speaker and roundtable facilitator at industry events in franchising. She has also authored numerous articles and industry publications in franchising, licensing and distribution.
