Despite the global effect of the Covid-19 pandemic, it has affected regional pockets of Canada in different ways at different stages. Franchises continue to react to national, provincial, and municipal guidance as well as evolving consumer behaviours. This roundtable will invite franchises in the restaurant and food and beverage industry to share their experiences with adopting, adapting and enforcing protocols to enhance health and safety, how they’ve implemented these protocols, and their strategies as they look to serve customers in this new era.
