Dixie Ho (Bachelor of Commerce- McGill University, 2002; Bachelor of Laws- Dalhousie University, 2006) is General Counsel with Mary Brown’s Inc. Dixie leads the legal department and provides legal advice on all aspects of franchisee recruitment, management and enforcement, contract management, leasing, legislative compliance, risk management, corporate governance, litigation management, intellectual property procurement and protection, and international franchise development. Prior to joining Mary Brown’s, Dixie practiced franchise law at Canada’s most recognized franchise law boutique in downtown Toronto. Dixie has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada (Franchise Law) and is a frequent contributor and speaker at franchise industry and franchise law events.
