Carly Cohen is Chief Legal Officer of KFC Canada, part of the Yum! Brands family of companies and one of the world’s largest restaurant organizations. As a member of KFC Canada’s leadership team, Carly oversees the brand’s legal strategy and leads its legal function across a broad range of areas, including franchise management and development, food delivery and strategic partnerships, technology implementation, employment matters, risk management, compliance and corporate governance.
Carly has also played an expanded leadership role in the development and launch of Kwench by KFC, the brand’s new beverage concept.
Before joining KFC Canada, Carly was a partner at Cassels, where she practised corporate and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on franchising.
