Todd Greenbloom is a partner in the law firm of Blaney McMurtry LLP, specializing in the practice of business, franchising and distribution law. He frequently represents franchising clients in all aspects of franchise law, including disclosure issues, reviewing and drafting franchise agreements, advising foreign clients on Canadian law, refranchising corporate outlets; purchasing and selling franchised businesses and assisting with litigation and dispute resolution. He is a member of the Ontario Bar Association Business Law Section, a member of the Ontario Bar Association Corporate Law Subcommittee and a Franchise Support Service Member of the Canadian Franchise Association. He has written and presented papers for the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Franchise Association on franchise law issues.
