Stefano Mingarelli is Lead Counsel in the North America Legal Team at Subway®. As part of his practice, Stefano advises on a range of litigation, transactional, regulatory, and operational issues that impact the Subway® franchise system in Canada. Stefano received his law degrees from McGill University. He is called to bars of Ontario and Quebec. Prior to joining Subway, Stefano practiced commercial and real estate litigation in private practice.
