John DeHart will share his personal story of entrepreneurial growth through franchising, as he and his partner founded the Nurse Next Door home care services business in 2001,  grew that business to over 200 units in Canada and the US, and then embarked on and completed an exit strategy series of transactions in 2019. This story will serve to introduce the theme of our conference and serve as inspiration for franchisors that proper planning and knowledge on how to execute can make all the difference in a franchisor being able to achieve their long term goals.
