Bill Dietz is the President of Paul Davis Canada, a position he has held since 2018.
He joined Paul Davis in 2011 as Director of Franchise and Field Operations, leading the team responsible for driving franchisee profitability, market penetration and customer experience results. Prior to that he was a Manager on the Human Resource Development team at FirstService, where he delivered leadership and management skills coaching and training across multiple franchise brands.
He began his franchising journey in 1998 as a university student, running a successful College Pro Painter franchise in Mississauga, Ontario. He joined the full-time team at College Pro two year later, where he recruited, onboarded, trained and supported student franchisees in Ontario and Alberta before moving to CertaPro Painters, where he was responsible for launching new franchise locations across North America.
Bill and his wife Laurie live with their two daughters in London, Ontario.
