I now lead Whirl Insights, a SaaS focusing on customer retention & reactivation.
Throughout my life, I've been told that I'm driven, curious, detailed-oriented and an extremely fast learner. I was selected as one of Ottawa’s Forty under 40 in 2021.
Over the years, I’ve been a mentor/coach/advisor to a few SaaS startups and franchise organizations.
