Bennett brings diverse professional experience in private equity, investment banking, and audit. Bennett leads Omnigence’s Private Equity Investment team, involved in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio management. He works closely with senior partners to structure and execute transactions and collaborates with portfolio companies. Previously, Bennett gained valuable experience in National Bank Financial’s Investment Banking division, where he specialized in executing M&A, Equity capital markets, and Debt capital markets transactions, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors. He began his career at KPMG, where he earned his CPA designation and completed experience in the audit and corporate finance groups. Bennett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in accounting and finance from the Royal Military College of Canada.
