Jim Crooks is a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he leads the Corporate Finance practice in British Columbia. With over 20 years of experience, Jim advises private clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, valuations, strategic business planning, and financing. His transaction experience spans industries such as franchising, construction products, real estate, distribution, food, consumer products, and financial services. Jim is a Certified Public Accountant in both Canada and Illinois and holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
