Grant Marcks is a business development professional and private equity investor with over 10 years of experience in origination, fundraising, capital markets, and relationship management. Grant is responsible for new platform investment and add-on sourcing, thesis development, corporate strategy and relationship building with The Riverside Company, and he serves as The Riverside Company’s Franchising Industry Specialization Head.
Prior to rejoining Riverside in December 2020, Grant spent 6 years as Head of Business Development with Atlantic Street Capital, a lower middle market focused private equity firm based in New York, where he was an active investor in multi-unit franchisees and retail operations. Grant resides in Alexandria, VA with his family.
