Avram is an integral part of the firm’s corporate practice. Clients can count on his years of transactional corporate experience preparing, reviewing, and negotiating agreements crucial to their corporate health. Avram is a trusted advisor to those ready to explore and expand their business venture and regularly assists with commercial, corporate, start-up, and franchising issues related to development, governance, and management.

While in law school, Avram was the president of a student-run management consulting group assisting charities and NFPs and a volunteer at the university’s commercial legal clinic, which provided small businesses with guidance and advice.

When he’s not working, Avram enjoys cooking, geeking out, surfing, rock climbing, and travelling. Avram recently finished serving as a Director on the Board of Holy Blossom Temple. He also volunteers his time with an affordable housing committee in the Eglington West and Oakwood/Vaughn area and is a member of the OBA’s Business Law Executive.
