Louise joined A&W in 2011 and spent almost a decade working in operations, helping franchisees grow their businesses and achieve operations excellence. In 2017 she relocated from Vancouver to Montreal as part of the newly-created A&W new franchisee success team. In this role she guided more than fifty new franchisees through the training and opening process, and provided post-opening support to ensure that the newest A&W franchisees felt supported and were able to deliver on their objectives related to guest service, operations, food safety, and employee experience. She transitioned to franchise development in early 2023 and brought a unique blend of operational expertise, experience working with new franchisees, and big-picture strategic vision to the role. Louise is all about nurturing relationships and shaping the future of A&W's franchise network from coast-to-coast.
