Jean Mackintosh is the Vice President for Strategic Alliances and Business Development in North America with Thomas International. She began her career with Thomas 20 years
ago and today Jean leads strategic partnerships. She also coaches/ mentors a North American team of Senior Consultants whose focus is helping national and multi-national organizations to optimize on Talent Management through the strategic use of behavioral, cognitive, leadership and emotional intelligence assessments. Jean also designs, develops and facilitates Thomas workshops for Global and North American senior executive teams to align their team with their ideal team culture to help drive their business strategy effectively. Jean is a strong advocate of continuous learning and is committed to enhancing human potential through self-activated and experiential learning.
