Paul is a mergers and acquisitions advisor to privately-owned companies, including the sale of businesses, acquisitions of businesses and raising capital (debt and equity). Paul is a Partner and Senior Managing Director in Deloitte’s Mergers and Acquisitions team where he leads the Canadian Consumer practice. He has 20 years of mid-market transaction experience and has completed buy-side and sell-side transactions as both advisor and principal totaling over $3 billion in value.
