Gary has 30 years experience in the real estate profession. He has experience in both sales and management with various sized brokerages and with specialized skill in brokerage operations. During that time, Gary has been a volunteer with organized real estate and his community, including real estate boards, provincial and national associations and many not for profit organizations.

With Century21 Canada LP he is in a senior leadership role, focused on strategic growth & franchise development. The past six years his focus has been on brand expansion. Including brokerage conversions, new franchise sales, mergers, acquisitions, and succession planning support for franchisees inside the Century21 network.

Gary has been elected four times to municipal councils. He is currently the Lord Mayor of Niagara-on-the-Lake, a Councillor for the Regional Municipality of Niagara and Chair of Niagara Regional Housing.
