Andy is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in various industries. He brings a wealth of knowledge in brand strategy, product development and business development, consistently delivering exceptional performance throughout his career.

Prior to joining a private equity firm, Andy was Chief Executive Officer of M&M Food Market where he led numerous strategic initiatives including its new brand positioning, redevelopment of its product portfolio, revamping of the existing store network, development of a loyalty program and establishing an eCommerce channel. Andy ultimately led the business through its successful sale to Parkland Corporation in 2022.

His previous achievements also include the acquisition and leadership of The WORKS Gourmet Burger Bistro and the successful management of over 275 locations as President of Montana’s BBQ & Bar and Kelseys Original Roadhouse.
