Exhibitor Move In & Out Details

Loading Dock

• Loading Dock location will be updated closer to the show. 
• Please drive to 999 Canada Pl, Vancouver, BC V6C 3T, you will be asked to provide the company name and information upon arrival. 

Exhibitor Load-In

• Friday November 8th, from 9:00 am-4:00pm

Exhibitor Move-Out

• Sunday November 9th, 4:00 pm-7:00 pm

Exhibitor Guidelines

• All exhibitors must officially register and sign in before setting up
• All exhibitors must be set up by 5:00 pm on Friday, November 7, 2025
• No exhibitors will be permitted to set up during the show
• No exhibitor will be permitted to dismantle their display before 4:00 pm Sunday, November 8th, 2025
• All materials must be removed from the show floor by 7:00 pm on Sunday, November 9th, 2025
• Due to safety regulations exhibitors are required to wear high visibility vests while moving in

Booth Set Up

• Your booth will come with an 8-foot backdrop and a side panel of 3 feet. No display shall exceed the height of 8 feet.
• Your display must not impede on your neighboring booth.
• Your exhibitor booth will come with
  • 1 6-foot skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • Carpeted flooring

*If you do not want any tables or chairs present at your booth please reach out to our trade show consultant at eventconsultant@cfa.ca*

Furnishings and Shipment for Your Booth

All additional furnishings can be purchased through Global Convention. Please see online portal to order

Online Ordering is available 24 hours a day and exhibitors will immediately receive a confirmation and payment receipt. The advanced rate deadline and pre-ordering deadline is shown on the attached form. We highly encourage exhibitors to place their orders as early as possible to secure the best possible rates.

Food Sampling

Food Sampling is a great way to increase engagement with show attendees and brand awareness. If you are planning on giving out food samples or giving anything to attendees, you must fill out a form and submit it to Emaad Siddiqui - eventconsultant@cfa.ca.
