Exhibitor Guidelines

  • All exhibitors must officially register and sign in before setting up
  • All exhibitors must be set up by 5:00 pm on Friday, October 24, 2025
  • No exhibitors will be permitted to set up during the show
  • No exhibitor will be permitted to dismantle their display before 4:00 pm Sunday, October 26, 2025
  • All materials must be removed from the show floor by 8:00 pm on Sunday, October 26, 2025

Booth Set Up

  • Your booth will come with an 8-foot backdrop and a side panel of 3 feet. No display shall exceed the height of 8 feet.
  • Your display must not impede on your neighboring booth.
  • Your exhibitor booth will come with:
    • 1 6-foot skirted table
    • 2 chairs
    • Carpeted flooring

Food Sampling

Food Sampling is a great way to increase engagement with show attendees and brand awareness. If you plan to distribute food samples or other items to attendees, the Toronto Congress Centre requires you to complete a form. All forms must be submitted to Emaad Siddiqui - esiddiqui@cfa.ca.
