The loading Dock used for move-in will be 86, 87, 88 & 89. 

Exhibitor Load-In: Friday, January 31, 2025, from 10:00 am-5:00 pm

Exhibitor Move-Out: Sunday February 2, 2025, 4:00 pm-8:00 pm

*All exhibitors must officially register and sign in before setting up

*All exhibitors must be set up by 5:00 pm on Friday, January 31, 2025

*No exhibitors will be permitted to set up during the show

*No exhibitor will be permitted to dismantle their display before 4:00 pm Sunday, February 2, 2025

*All materials must be removed from the show floor by 8:00 pm on Sunday, February 2, 2025

Your booth will come with an 8-foot backdrop and a side panel of 3 feet. No display shall exceed the height of 8 feet.

Your display must not impede on your neighboring booth.

Your exhibitor booth will come with

• 1 6-foot skirted table
• 2 chairs
• Carpeted flooring
