Caroline Kolompar is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience. She joined Massage Addict in 2016 and has held several positions on the Sr. Management team including Chief Marketing and Chief Marketing and Operations Officer. Caroline currently holds the position of President, Massage Addict Inc..

Caroline began her marketing career at Timex Canada where she was responsible for successfully launching a new line of watches aimed at the tween/teen market. After Timex, Caroline turned her sights towards marketing to an older consumer, working in marketing leadership roles at both Revlon Canada and Revlon USA where she most recently held the position of SVP Marketing and Customer Marketing for Beauty Care brands. The 300MM portfolio included Deodorant, Hair Color, Beauty Tools and Fragrance. The success of the brands was due to combination of traditional advertising coupled with a consultative and integrated approach to working with national retailers such as Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Target and CVS to promote the portfolio. During her 8-year tenure at Revlon, Caroline held a position on the Sr. Leadership Team within both Canada and the USA.

Moving back to Canada in 2008 Caroline assumed a senior marketing role at Herbal Magic, Canada’s Largest retail based weight loss organization. In that position she was responsible for acquiring new clients through direct response acquisition tactics, including but not limited to Internet, TV, grass roots advertising and PR.

In 2014, Caroline accepted at role as the Chief Business Development Manager, and member of the Executive Management Team, at PhysicianOne Urgent Care, formally known as Urgent Care of Connecticut. In addition to advertising, new patient acquisition and new program development (Occupational Medicine/Workman’s Compensation) she was also responsible for leading an initiative to rebrand the organization in preparation for expansion within Connecticut as well as to neighboring states.
